Many times we see profile with badges like ex-facebooker or ex-googler on social media sites liked linkedin, quora and many others. Why do this people work for only certain amount of time in this companies, Facebook and Google are certainly one of the most reputed and amazing companies and for some it is there dream job.
Reason on why people quit their dream jobs at companies like Google or Facebook ?
1) They have a great idea for themselves and want to start up there on company and work on there own idea.
2) They don't understand internal politics in the company and don't enjoy the environment around them so they feel like working for a smaller organisation.
3) They have sick parents or spouse who has a good job opportunities in other city and because of them they shift to other place with there family.
4) These people are passionate about learning new technology and thus want to focus on only one ares so they tend to join smaller companies.
5) They feel that they won't stay young forever and thus go on a adventures vacation for a year with there fiance before settling down in there life.
6) They are simply bored working with same employees and the company and are looking to try something new and want to explore some other technology.
